Couples Therapy Intensive

– Castle Rock, CO

One Day. One Focus. Real Progress.

Feel like roommates instead of partners? You’re not broken—but something between you is. The communication is off. Trust has taken a hit. And the emotional connection that once came so easily now feels like work.

Traditional therapy might help—but slowly. You don’t have time for slow. You need space, support, and a clear path forward—now. Couples Intensive Therapy

What is a Couples Intensive?

This is a custom-designed, 5-hour therapy experience that helps couples get unstuck and reconnect deeply—faster than traditional therapy allows. It’s designed to:.

  • Stop repeating the same arguments
  • Address unresolved pain or betrayal
  • Rebuild emotional and physical intimacy
  • Create real movement toward your shared goals

Couples typically make more progress in one day than they do in several months of weekly therapy. The extended format gives us space to dive deep without stopping just as things get real.

What’s Included

⇨ Two 45-minute individual prep sessions (one with each partner)

⇨ A full Gottman Relationship Checkup (online assessment + analysis)

⇨ A 5-hour joint intensive session with custom structure and real-time tools

⇨ A detailed post-intensive roadmap with takeaways and suggested rituals

⇨ Optional 30-minute follow-up session (scheduled 2 weeks later)

Cost: $1275 (3-payment option available)
Format: In-person (Denver -Castle Rock, CO) or Virtual (via secure HIPAA-compliant video)

Is This Right for Us?

This intensive is ideal for couples who are:

  • Struggling with frequent conflict or emotional distance
  • Facing or recovering from infidelity or betrayal
  • Feeling more like co-parents or roommates than romantic partners
  • Committed to the relationship but unsure how to repair it
  • Looking for more impact and depth than weekly sessions can offer

Why Couples Love the Intensive Format

Clarity + Direction

“We were overwhelmed and stuck. The intensive gave us clarity we hadn’t had in years. Margarita helped us untangle what was really going on and showed us a path forward that finally made sense.”

— S & R, Denver, CO

Actionable Roadmap

“What made this different from past therapy was how practical it was. We didn’t just talk—we left with a clear, step-by-step plan we could actually follow at home. It gave us structure and hope.”

— A & L, Boulder, CO

Reconnection + Feeling Like a Team Again

“Before the intensive, we felt like enemies. By the end, we felt like teammates again. There was laughter, relief, and a deep sense of being on the same side for the first time in a long time.”

— J & M, Phoenix, AZ

Trust Rebuilding + Emotional Safety

“This gave us the space to talk about things we’ve been avoiding for years. It wasn’t easy, but Margarita made it safe. For the first time, we heard each other without shutting down.”

— E & T, Colorado Springs, CO

Immediate Progress

“We made more progress in five hours than we had in six months of weekly therapy. I finally feel like I understand my partner—and myself—in a totally different way.”

— N & D, Salt Lake City, UT

Worth the Travel

“We flew in for this intensive and would do it again in a heartbeat. It was that valuable. If you’re on the fence—go. You won’t regret it.”

— B & K, Seattle, WA

“We’ve tried everything. This gave us a breakthrough we didn’t think was possible.”

“It felt like years of therapy in one day. We finally heard each other.”
